Works consisting of add a lower ground floor infill extension with terraced roof above and a new external stairs leading down to garden.

Rebuilding and extending the upper floors of the back extension, gutting the basement interior and constructing new ground slab, partitions, linings and stairs.

Fitting out with finishes and fixtures except for the kitchen.

Refurbishing existing upper floors and installing three bathrooms.

Adding a third floor with simple interior and stair enclosure to meet building regulation requirements.
