Konstam

Konstam at the Prince Albert openedin April 2006, having been the central feature of BBC2′s ten-part series The Urban Chef.

Work included the fitting out of
the ground floor with an open
kitchen and a seating area for 45 diners.

A second staircase was constructed to provide an additional entry and escape point from the basement, which was fitted out to include an additional seating area for 24 diners, a prep kitchen, WC's, manager's office and food storage areas.

The existing Victorian pub
façade required relatively minor
refurbishment.
